PHILIP ANSELMO With METAL SKOOL: Photos Posted Online

Several high-quality photos of former PANTERA/current DOWN frontman Philip Anselmo performing ALICE IN CHAINS' "Man in the Box" and PANTERA's "Walk" with the '80s metal/hard rock tribute band METAL SKOOL last night (Monday, February 26) at the Key club in Hollywood, California have been posted online at this location (all pictures by Stephanie Cabral). As previously reported, other guests at the show included Marq Torien from the BULLETBOYS, David Draiman (DISTURBED) and former NBA star Dennis Rodman. Draiman reportedly performed "Whole Lotta Love" (LED ZEPPELIN) and "Pour Some Sugar On Me" (DEF LEPPARD) with METAL SKOOL, whose lineup includes guitarist "Satchel" (real name Russ Parrish; ex-FIGHT) and singer "Michael Star" (real name Ralph Saenz; ex-L.A. GUNS). Opening the show was MOTHER PEARL, the band fronted by Pearl Aday (ANTHRAX guitarist Scott Ian's fiancée and daughter of legendary crooner Meat Loaf) and featuring Ian on guitar.
